Privacy policy

In short

• No cookies from this website for visitors (only volunteers logged in to the dashboard receive a session cookie). Only exception, with your consent: the Google map on the home page.
• Volunteers who publish on the website have a dashboard account: e-mail address, optional name, access level and a log of their changes, stored on the website's server and never published.
• Forms: your email address and message are emailed to the Council's volunteers and not stored on the server.
• Newsletter: your e-mail address is passed on to Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France, data in the European Union), which manages the list and sends the newsletters for the Council as a data processor. You are only subscribed after clicking the link in the confirmation e-mail; every newsletter contains a link to unsubscribe in one click.
• Display settings are only stored in your browser.
• No content from other websites without your consent and no audience measurement: all pages, images and fonts come from the website's own server.
• Google map (“Your choices on this website” banner): the “Evere en carte” Google Maps map on the home page is only shown if you accept external content. Google then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser and asked again after 6 months; you can change it at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data via the contact form. You can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
